Group coaching allows participants to work towards their individual and shared goals. During group coaching, we identify address the symptoms being experienced by the members of the group, both shared and individual. The goal for group coaching is to ensure the group has the information it needs to address their symptoms and that each member has an individualized plan.

• 10 weekly 60-minute virtual sessions with homework (Value - $1,367)
• 30- minute individual check-ins after weekly each sessions (Value - $77)
• Unlimited Call/Email/Text Support for questions Monday to Thursday (24 hr turnaround time) for two months
